Jonathan's twin brother Joel who he has known since he was "-9 months old" and who was born only 6 minutes after Jonathan, discusses his impressive disciplines of journaling everyday since 2009 and running every day in the year 2024.

Being on a drive home from their Rouyn-Noranda/Val'd'Or, Quebec QMJHL/CHL trip in November 2024, you'll get a look into their typical sports road-trip-type of conversation as they also discuss their past minor sports championship success, their religious and philosophical learnings from life experiences they've had, and insight on what it's like having a twin brother.

They end by driving into the Waterloo Region where they were born and raised, specifically in the City of Kitchener.
